As talented members of our team, our Colleagues know what it takes to succeed at Fairmont.  They are ideally suited to identify those individuals among their networks of friends and associates who could contribute to our Company’s success.

The Talent Scout Colleague Referral Program rewards Colleagues who successfully recruit talent for us. Colleagues receive cash rewards if they refer suitable candidates who are subsequently hired for positions at our properties, potentially earning a reward of $500 per referral!

It truly does take talent to know talent - and no individual is more qualified than a Fairmont Colleague!
